William Morris inspired art

The Snowy Owls explored the work of William Morris and used this as inspiration to create a piece of patterned artwork. William Morris designs focused on nature and floral motifs which tied closely to our work on plants in science. The children explored repeating patterns, symmetry and tessellation. They have created some wonderful final pieces of which are very effective.
