Children were given the opportunity to choose an activity from a list of possibilities including running, Morris Dancing, worry dolls, art and crochet! Over 20 parents joined us in the various activities. It was great to see the school community coming together to support children in their wellbeing. Understanding that taking time out of the day to do something you enjoy or to learn a new skill can be really good for your mood and have a positive impact on how you are feeling. Thank you to everyone for making the session so successful for our children.
