Science in Barn Owls

In Science, we've been learning about heat and how heat affects particles, leading to changing states. This week, we've focused on the complex idea of thermal equilibrium. In order to get a sense of how we perceive different temperatures, we carried out an experiment where we submerged our hands in warm and cold water bowls, then putting them into room temperature water. The effect was quite strange!
